This simple condiment is the perfect accompaniment to Japanese Vegetable Pancakes, a great topping for rice bowls, or a way to liven up roasted veggies. It will keep in the fridge for a few days.
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium Tamari or soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, the Tamari or soy sauce, and the Sriracha until well blended. Refrigerate, covered, if not using right away.
