Simple to make, this graham cracker crust can be baked into muffin cups,
tiny tart molds, or broken into crumbs
to add to trifles or fools.

Makes enough for 12 dessert treats or
6 individual fools

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Kosher salt

1. Heat the oven to 325 degrees. In a
mixing bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and the sugar. Stir in the melted butter and a pinch of salt and mix until well combined.

2. Press the mixture into 12 muffin cups lined with paper liners, a tart or pie pan, or into a small rimmed baking sheet. Press down with a glass to compact the crumbs, and, if desired, to push the cracker mix up the sides a bit.

3. Bake for about 8 minutes. Let cool.
