Food and Farm Edition of The Vine is Published

The August edition of the Vine, a supplement to the Vineyard Gazette, was published this week with stories about foodies and farmers on Martha's Vineyard. The cover featured Chef Spring Sheldon's new taco truck, El Gato Grande, which is now located at The Cove Golf & Grill in Vineyard Haven.

The Vine and Dine column put the spotlight on Sarah Brown's Comfort Food in Oak Bluffs, with an interview with Ken Brown, co-proprietor of the new restaurant and son of the founder of the long-established catering company.

Young farmers Jo Douglas of Fork to Pork and Asa Baer of The Grey Barn and Farm were profiled as well.

Print copies of the Vine were distributed in all Island mail boxes on Friday, July 31.
