Wow! This is so flavorful! I needed to hurry it up, so I used convection (425 for 15 minutes, then 12 minutes after I applied the paste). This is a delicious and satisfying way to prepare cauliflower. I'm going to see if I can come up with other uses for the scrumptious paste. I could almost eat it as a dip! Thank you for this new favorite recipe.
