Thank you so much Susie for this brilliant recipe: we have volunteer cilantro in the garden, and also garlic scapes! This pesto is incredibly delicious. I mixed some with mayonnaise - and a small amount of Parmesan - and used that over halibut. Baked it about 10 minutes and the results were amazing. The flavours of garlic and cilantro were not at all overwhelming on the fish. What a discovery!
