Longtime winner Dr. Hélène Schaeffer evidently knows how to keep her patients smiling – this is her eleventh year earning a spot on the Best of the Vineyard list. Dr. Richard McNulty recently moved from downtown Vineyard Haven to Edgartown. His patients eagerly followed suit.
